Using simplified NLP Timeline exercises, participants are encouraged to reflect on past experiences, increase self-awareness, and focus on creating a more positive future.

About the Creator

The NLP Timeline Program was developed by Angus (A.J.) Stevens. Drawing on life experience, personal study, and NLP training, A.J. created this workbook to offer practical personal development tools that are easy to understand and apply.

A.J. received NLP and Timeline Therapy® training through programs taught by Dr. Marlyn Atkinson and Dr. Tad James at BC NLP in Vancouver, British Columbia.

How to Use This Workbook

Each module follows a simple Timeline exercise designed to help you examine a particular thought, emotion, or life experience from a different perspective.

Take your time with each exercise. There is no right or wrong way to complete the process. You may choose to revisit exercises whenever you feel they may be helpful for your personal growth and self-reflection.
